Gramona Vi of Glass Gewurztraminer was born in 1997. Currently, and after years of research, this wine is made with a new prototype powered by two freezer chambers that work at -15ºC with the help of liquid nitrogen. This improves the freezing of the grapes, getting more speed and homogeneity in the process. In the same way that the prestigious avant-garde kitchens use nitrogen to create the most sublime gastronomic creations.
