Description

Next to the grapes of the Torre Muga, the Prado Enea grapes are always the last to enter the Winery. With this we ensure optimal maturation. The Prado Enea Gran Reserva grape is always fermented in oak tanks of 10,000 kg capacity without temperature control or yeast addition. The maceration is variable but can last up to twenty days. The aging of this wine is twelve months in oak tanks of 16,000 liters, thirty-six months in oak barrels (minimum), and thirty-six months (minimum) in the bottle. After aging, a slight clarification is made with fresh egg white. Garnet color well covered with slight tile shades at its edge. Nose of aromas of spices, chocolate wrapped by a fruit almost in liquor. In the mouth, powerful and balanced, as well as unctuous. In the post taste very long and frank. Tempranillo 80% and Graciano, Garnacha and Mazuelo 20%.
