PSI. It is the reaffirmation of the philosophy with which this Peter Sisseck project was born: to help the disappearance of historical vineyards conducted in the traditional way and city after generation by families of vine growers linked to the territory. It incorporates for the first time a small percentage of Garnacha ink from old strains that brings fruit to a vintage characterized by heat and the absence of precipitation. PSI grew up for 17 months playing with an assembly of used French barrels, large tubs and cement deposits. These months of aging allowed him to refine the maturity of his tannins, concentrate his fruit power and define his noble personality.
It is a high expression wine, dark cherry color with violet trim. Intense nose of roasted notes, pepper, roasted coffee, burnt caramel. Entrance with good attack, structured, wide, tannins marked with potential, tasty.
Service temperature: between 15ºC and 16ºC.
Alcoholic graduation: 14% vol.
Varieties: 95% Tinta del País and 5% Garnacha.
