BROOKLYN GIN

61,55

This Brooklyn American gin is produced by Emil and Joe Santos in Warwick Valley Winery Distillery, the first distillery licensed in New York, since the ban on alcohol by the “Dry Law” in 1900. The great virtue offered by the Brooklyn Brooklyn is that all its preparation is done by hand, from the copper still for distillation, to all the ingredients they use, which are the best botanicals and fruits purchased locally.

Description

This Brooklyn American gin is produced by Emil and Joe Santos in Warwick Valley Winery Distillery, the first distillery licensed in New York, since the ban on alcohol by the “Dry Law” in 1900. The great virtue offered by the Brooklyn Brooklyn is that all its preparation is done by hand, from the copper still for distillation, to all the ingredients they use, which are the best botanicals and fruits purchased locally. The process begins with a neutral spirit, made entirely of corn from New York; They are infused with cracked juniper berries by hand, freshly cut citrus skins and other botanicals.
During the tasting, the crystalline-looking Gin Brooklyn Small Batch offers us a clean and balanced structure, which also offers us live notes of fleshy and juicy fruits, with the support of a bold juniper trunk network, which lasts through a Nice soft and dry finish.
Especially suitable for cocktails, do not stop trying it alone; in this way they will perceive the citrus freshness that characterizes it better.
