This cava has been made with a selection of the best organic Chardonnay and Macabeo grapes from the Requena area: 50% Organic Chardonnay, 50% Organic Macabeo. Molina Cánovas is made during 16 months of aging, seeking maximum respect for our environment and betting on the future of our land, this cava is born. Coming from organic grapes and elaborated following the most environmentally friendly standards.
The harvest takes place at the beginning of September in vineyards with exhibitions until noon. Looking at all times to obtain a fine Cava and with an important fruit weight. Straw yellow cava with greenish hues. Bubble alive, fine and persistent. The nose is frank, very elegant. In the mouth it is round, easy to pass, its effervescence envelops the palate leaving a long taste post with memories of ripe fruit.
