The elaboration of Juvé and Camps Gran Cru is strictly limited to the great wines from exceptional harvests, obtained in its “Property of Espiells”, one of the most illustrious vineyards of Sant Sadurní d´Anoia, and Mediona, in the upper Penedés. We are facing a surprising Cava, since, despite being a Grand Reserve, it retains an enormous freshness in which clear notes of white flowers and fleshy fruits are distinguished.
With 42 months of aging with its lees, it is made only in exceptional vintages and, since its first vintage in 1972, it has been considered an emblematic cellar, among other factors for being made from selected grapes from the best vineyards that the firm has in the upper Penedès, of soils with unique edaphological characteristics, which give it a unique character.
It is a cava of an expressive golden color that maintains pale tones, despite its long aging. Its splendid effervescence generates multiple cords of ephemeral bubbles that ascend to the surface to form a stable crown. Its aroma is penetrating, complex, cheerful and very fresh. Its complexity grows progressively and very soon light roasted and honey bottom appear. Once in the mouth, it is intense, suggestive and extremely pleasant. Its effervescence gently caresses our palate, showing all the creaminess of its foam. Oily and very persistent, he says goodbye leaving us the memory of his deep and delicate aromas.
